Audiostream from MP3 files

My website delivers MP3, that need to be streamed. User sees a link to MP3 - this can be a file on the server or from an URL. When clicked it should not download, but stream the audio to his browser. No download MP3 possible from the sourcecode - if possible. I need a class to use in C# and sample HTML. Could be with NAudio. HTML can be basic, with the native audioplayer. If many clients click to listen, so I need code/advise on Asynchronous Threading.
