Build a Graphical Representation Application in C# -- 2

A store's products are represented in a excel file. Each sheet in the file represents a shelf layout of a fixture, each column is the row of the fixture from left to right. The idea is to write a program that takes a Planogram file as a template and create a graphical layout by replacing the UPC numbers with the actual product images. The images are stored on disk along with a json file that has information about the item. The images needs to be resized compared with other images to represent the correct size and aspect ratio. The width, length and height of each item is specified in mm in the json file. The name of the item, UPC code, price, and the category should be shown below each item. The user should be able to easily navigate to different tabs (Excel Sheets), zoom and pan the products and choose to print the layout. The program needs to show two graphical bars to the right of each item. The first bar indicates the weight of the item compared with the weights of all other items, it shows a gradient bar from light Yellow to deep Red. The more the weight, the taller and "redder" the bar. The second bar next to it shows the price in light to dark Green color. The more the price, the taller and "greener" the bar. The bars start with light colors at the bottom and as they get taller they get darker (or more red) on the top. The application should save the data as a proprietary format and be able to load it very quickly. There needs to be a settings dialog that saves the location of the images and other user-defined settings (as they come up). The images don't need to be saves. If an image is missing a question mark needs to be displayed instead with the UPC code. All text shown need to be selectable and be able to be copied to clipboard.
