C# code solution posting product updates to Amazon MWS

I have a product database that I want to list to Amazon and update on demand. Amazon MWS has a submitfeed capability to send xml for updating quantity of a product in inventory, updating price of a product in inventory, adding a product to inventory that exists in amazon and creating a new product with a new UPC along with added images that will be added to inventory. Looking for a C# solution that can do the above using standard plain old class objects to create product details in code on demand from the product database and send via MWS to make the updates. The expectation is the class objects will be converted to the proper xml formatted files to send via the submitfeed call which will return the id for determining success. The final solution will not need to plug into the existing product database. It will only need to demonstrate the above scenarios in C# so that this code can be plugged into an existing internal inventory web application written in C#.
