Create modern Devexpress UI from old WPF Application

We have a simple UI in C#, WPF with 8 main forms and some dialogs. All done in WPF actually, we want a devexpress winforms UI with an Project Manager based ui. Actually some pages consist of a list of items, based on the selected item the data for this item is displayed and can be edit. The List should be in the Project Item tree. The Names can be renamed by popup, Ribbon Menu with buttons from common/service form for saving/loading and so on and a different ribbon menu which is for each detail page visible (so on mainscrren you have only main ribbon, in the background there's a picture displayed. by opening an project object a second ribbon is displayed (for the object type) and the object form editor is opened (dockable) The Dock-Settings should be saved too. The Report Function we don't have implemented now - only the basic data is designed yet. a devexpress designer should be added. The Report design has to be stored in an object in the which is saved to the project data. For Report Designer all possible table settings should be visible as data source.
