I can do localization based application. I have total 15+ years of experience in .NET Technologies out of which 9 Years in ASP.NET MVC with C#. I have worked in different roles from software developer to software architect role in various Companies and from last 4 years, I am doing freelancing. From the project details it looks like there are static strings with different languages that are hard coded in aspx page and now you want to move that stuff in to resource file and get strings from there so that we only need to change the key in different languages from resx file and all changes will be instantly displayed on the web page.
