Send invoices from repairshopr to shuprush via azure script.

I use repairshopr([login to view URL]) for keeping track of tickets and invoicing clients. I use shiprush for shipping orders once clients have paid([login to view URL]) I need invoices with the word mail-in in the item code, once paid, to be passed to shiprush so that they can be shipped. I had someone put together an app here that does this by grabbing invoices from repairshopr via an API and posting them to shiprush: but it gets the state/country code wrong constantly. [login to view URL] So, for instance, instead of passing city - Eagle state - Indiana country - US- it will pass it as city - Eagle country - Indonesia I need these issues fixed. It could be that the existing script that has been set up in Azure needs to be tweaked or modified, or perhaps an entirely new one written - I do not know. I leave that up to you. The script you see on github is an older version of what I am currently working with. If you think you can fix this, I will give you access to the azure account and everything else. Thank you!
