I am looking to write a plugin for teamspeak, it must do the following.

Talk to the game server to get coordinates of players(LUA / C#)

Tell the teamspeak where close players are and adjust 3D positional sound so it sounds natural.

Allow the user to talk on teamspeak with others on the same in game radio frequency across map.

Allow people to change their voice distance, whisper, normal, yell.

Also, being around for future changes would be good.
