Hello Eduard. Nice to meet you. I am a UE4 developer, experienced with both C++ and Blueprints. I understand you want these blueprints developed fast. I can do it in one day. Maybe I misunderstood second task, but I heard fixed cameras may cause motion sickness in VR. But if you meant a RenderTarget view on screen, I can do that too. No problem. However you prefer. Also, I will expose a bunch of public variables from blueprints, so you could tweak them just right. I am going to help you until you're satisfied with results.
