Website with DB back end and Reporting

This project is a tracking website that creates clients and jobs, and then tracks them and uses Crystal Reports to create reports/documents that are saved in PDF format or printed to a local printer on the network the web server is on. The application was originally created using windows forms(VB) and was a desktop app, but a conversion is mostly completed that transformed the app into a webforms application that uses C#, .Net4.8 framework and MSSQL back-end. The conversion was a straight port as the client's budget was limited but they wanted to be able to move to newer technology/servers and have the application accessible without having to be individually installed on multiple computers. All of the original source code is available, although it is a much older version of VS and hasn't been updated. The developer moved on before being able to complete the project and the request is just to finish the project so it can be utilized. The project is currently created in the latest version of visual studio. It uses C# .Net Framework 4.8 with an MSSQL(Express) DB back end. The document creation is done using Crystal Reports. All of the data entry is completed, but there are navigation issues that the user would like cleaned up (postback interrupts tab order) and the invoicing section has it's framework set but 2 pages are incomplete and it needs to be tested as well as clean up of the look and feel (It uses Mater pages, but there are unused elements or alignment issues on some pages.
