I know few manufacturers that can do the gerber file for a product if you wish to go with them for production. as you are starting up i hope you are open to other manufacturers in china and the result they'll deliver will be the production unit so you don't have to worry about the small hiccups you might face from getting it done from a freelancer here and sharing that with company. in any case, go with the manufacturers that can do the gerber file. it helps avoiding the unnecessary hiccups in development
