SmallPCBEnclosure

I need an enclosure for a 125 mm x 74 mm pcb board. The depth (3rd dimension) would need to be ~15 mm. The enclosure would need to be ROHS compliant, IP rating of 0, and NEMA 1 type. The front of the enclosure would need to be clear acrylic or hazy clear but not opaque. The top rear of the enclosure would need to accommodate an ON/OFF switch and a toggle switch. It would be ideal to design a cover for the ON/OFF switch so that the user does not have direct contact with the toggle switch (which is mounted onto the pcb board with the lever perpendicular to the surface of the board) . The enclosure would need to be all white. This is not a complicated design and should be pretty straight forward. The job would not begin right away as there are a few HW design kinks that I need to iron out (minor). However, I would like to have the designer in the pipeline so that once those issues have been resolved, they then would be ready to begin. As I stated above, there are a few changes that I have to make to my HW design prior to finalizing it in addition to making some component changes. After doing so, I have to re-spin the board, retest it and make sure all is sound. You all being engineers in your own right know of this design process. I am not ignoring any of you guys as I am grateful for your collective offers to help me with getting my design to market. I cannot accomplish this on my own. So, please forgive me for not responding as of yet. Once I get these issues ironed out at my end, I will move forward and make my decision. So, I just wanted to update you guys if any of you were wondering why I have not responded. Again, thank you all. Much appreciated.
