Hi. Do you need the circuit to be designed exactly with the components you depict in the image or is the specification for the components flexible? There are certain components of the circuit that can be incorporated together or/And improved that is why I am asking.

I am an EE and I'll design it. I can also coordinate assembly and manufacturing locally here in NJ. I worked in contract manufacturing and am familiar with a lot of companies in that space. One thing is you wrote 1200 fixed price yet you entered 1500 and the freelancer platform won't let you bid lower than that (though even 1500 is cheap considering what needs to be done) Now I am looking at your idea for the power box. Here is what I see as the outline. A variable power supply Two 2 digit LED display, sound amplifier, sound recorder, buzzer, microcontollers(2 why ?) NOTE this quote does not have firmware What I suggest is I write a product requirement doc then work towards a design. I dont see any reason for having multiple discrete things all over the board. Why have 2 8 bit controllers when you can have powerful embedded linux board. They are fairly cheap and will end up cheaper and better in long run. you get a sound recorder by using existing audio devices and you can playback a variety of sounds, practically unlimited. You don't need a 555 timer driving a buzzer. Because they are expandable, other feature possibilities for your product open up such as talking to it (eg Alexa like ) and internet connectivity for iphone android connectivity. or broadcasting your score to the world Think Alexa like devices. So basically will you have a product that has many features and software based that can be delivered to customers incrementally. Lets make it work.
