Hi there,
This is Bogdan from Romania.
I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too).
I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc.
I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch.
1 - what you want is actually a loader similar with automatic pistols/rifles, which, instead of loading the tube (syringe), to load/unload the bullet (needle) - it is doable, but there are some tricks and issues...
2 - usually, the larger syringes have a twist and lock system for the needle (and also the needle). will be compulsory to use push and no lock syringe type, and have the a kinda claw which to keep the needle in place
3 - it will be also necessary to design the magazine, but better a ribbon (like for the automatic nail guns) which to feed the device
4 - also it is advisable to have the needles ribbon in a cylindrical casing
5 - instead of the said pump to operate the mechanism it is possible to use a co2 canister wich are already on the market (with all certifications and reliable)
more details to be discussed here...
we are talking now about designing. if you'll be satisfied with the outcome, we could also discuss about physical prototyping - i have my own mechanical workshop
Regards
Bogdan
