Create 3D Cinema 4D Photrealistic Character from Photo References

We are looking for an experienced Cinema 4D modeller, who can model a photo realistic head based upon a selection of photo references; please see the references included that are labelled “Peter". Essentially our character is a gentleman named Peter Nygård who is a Finnish-Canadian fashion executive. He has lots of images on the internet, and the ones I have included seem to be the best for our purposes of capturing him from different angles and with a fairly consistent facial expression that we would want for our 3D model. We need to capture his essence, it needs to look like him (as photo real as possible), but we have some room for making the model better and adjusting where we need, so long as it captures ‘him’. We need be able to render him in a standard Cinema 4D workflow, and this includes his hair. Once we have the head we need to add it to a naked 3D male body (full length), with underwear on, this could be another model you already have or a generic ‘posable' character? Essentially it needs to look old, Peter is 80 years old, and we intend to show that his body is reflecting his age, so I enclose a reference "Total Body [login to view URL]" that shows some examples of the type of thing we need. Ideally we would get the 3D model in Cinema 4D, rigged if it’s possible. However let me know what formats you can deliver if this is an issue? Can you let me know how long this might take you, if we agree a fee and commission you?
