Presales call for proposed IT hardware solutions

My company is a datacenter hardware distributor in California with clients nationwide. Our clients are value added resellers and their end users.

The current project is for a proposed Juniper networking solutions for a customer in Colorado. Customer typically runs Cisco, but is considering shifting to Juniper. Customer has outlined their requirements which is the foundation for the solution we have suggested. (See attachment). Also we need to uncover the customers possible need for more SFP's and cables, rather than just proposing switches, since they have not mentioned that in their request.

Ultimately looking to connect with a savvy engineer who understands the basics of networking infrastructure, buzz words such as stacking, POE, ethernet etc. and with a fair bit of understanding of how a common POE switch works. It's important that it's a well spoken person who understands he'll be representing my company on the call. The person must read up on the proposed hardware prior to the call, so that he's somewhat familiar with what it is we have offered.

The call can take place from anywhere, but it's requested that the engineer present itself as an engineer with THORPETO. The timeframe for the job is within the next 48hours. Since it's a remote phone call, there is no travel or anything involved.
