Website with Multiple features

I want to build a website which has linkedin + cms/wiki/social engine+ youtube features... I will put articles,videos, files for downloading, users can have their professional profile, create groups. Every article will be accompanied with video & files Files will be all sorts of Media-Video/Image/Documents (pdfs,doc,excel,csv,ppt etc). For downloading user will be required to register... Basically there will be a generic article page which will have provision of downloading various types of files (in case admin has uploaded any), for downloading the user will be required to register...the page will also have a separate area for the user where he can contribute content (files/refer other links) for the same topic in terms of various files..(similar to what is there for the admin)..there will be provision for discussion as well..where users can discuss/debate the article written by the admin... There will also be a job posting section similar to one on LinkedIn. Profile pages/group creation facility will also be there. Profile pages will have their professional details, the videos they have liked/shared and the files they have uploaded, the content they have liked, the discussions they are following..etc...similar to one on the LinkedIn The Groups creation feature will be similar to the one present on LinkedIn Basically it will be a site which will be combination of LinkedIn Features +CMS/Wiki Features + Youtube type features + Blogging features Let me know who are the Experts here who can address this requirement...I am looking for experts who do not shy away from custom coding and do not looking for PLUGIN as an answer to each and every problem...Looking forward to interacting with great PHP/CMS experts on this....Keen on hiring a developer for this...I need to know what platform you will be choosing to address this requirement. I am very particular about the type of person I am looking for. Somebody who does not bother updating status and is not good at returning emails/calls need not apply. I want a no-nonsense guy, who believes in the virtue and value of "DELIGHTING THE CLIENT" and just gets on with the business in a professional manner. I am not looking for CORPORATES, but individual freelancer. There will be a NDA - which will primarily state that you cannot promote/refer this project in public space and some other conditions related to non disclosure of the information regarding the project.
