Partnership in the US

We are a Chinese company. We produce a GPS phone watch targeted at 3-10 years old kids. Our product had been sold well in China. We want to sell it also in the US. But because of the system compatibility, the setting up process is a little bit complicated. Therefore, we need someone to provide customer service in the US, and possibly to do some marketing and sales job. What we want from you: 1. Communication: we want you to be friendly to our customers, and can be reached when they need help. 2. If you have experience in e-commerce, sales and marketing, you are perferred. 3. If you are a parent of 3 to 8 years old kid, you are perferred. We are looking for not just an employee, but a partner.
