Hello, We are an Indian Company Secretarial firm. We incorporate companies in Singapore on behalf of our Indian customers. We were using various company secretaries firms for that. Now we want to do the incorporations in-house. We want to hire a freelancer CS/CPA, who can help us get the companies incorporated, facilitate nominee shareholders and directors, and arrange for virtual office facilities. We want to get into a profit-sharing engagement with this resource in the future and once we open our Singapore branch, we will look upon this resource to manage the office operations.
