As a Content Strategist & Copywriter, you will deliver a broad variety of content to support our external and internal communications, especially our content-led marketing campaigns. We are searching for someone who’s a natural storyteller with the ability to see the bigger picture. You‘ll design and implement content marketing strategies, analyze data, orchestrate content and drive growth together with the marketing team.

Here’s what you'll do

Take a leading role as an Editor and CopyWriter, creating and developing content for our website, blog, social media and blogs as well as supporting digital assets.

Conduct keyword research and develop a content strategy to increase high-intent organic traffic according to SEO‘s best practices.

Understand your audience’s perspective and intent in order to apply it to your content

Write copy that meets the brand voice and overall mission.

Create, empower, nurture and develop strong, coherent, competitive brand communication in line with the organization's strategic objectives.

Have an open eye for the identification of alternative growth channels for inbound and outbound opportunities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand communication across formats and channels.

Here’s what you’ll need

You are an analytical thinker with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset

Clear understanding of marketing KPIs

You can create high-value/ cool content in a variety of formats that educates and entertains

You are passionate about working with (aspiring) founders and operators to help accelerate their ventures as well a ours

Ability to ‘take a story’ and know how best to adapt and creatively tell it across different mediums to maximize impact and connectivity with target audiences.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.

You’ve got meticulous attention to detail and can adapt style and voice of content across different platforms

You are a standout problem solver with collaborative, energetic attitude and an ability to inspire a culture of positivity.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and you’re able to articulate your ideas.
