Arabic - English speaker for Community Management

We are looking for one English - Arabic freelance speaker or professional translating agency for a long term community management mission ! We are a digital agency based in Istanbul but working for some clients in the Middle East Region. We are looking for 1 freelancer or translating agency to support our community managers based in Istanbul : the person should be able to work in both English - Arabic. The Arabic speaker will have 3 main tasks : 1) POST TRANSLATION : he/she be translating posts (3 per 2 weeks) from English and moderate the Facebook page for Irak and Saoudi Arabia countries in both english and arabic. We hence require people speaking the regional arabic, and to be ideally located in the region (Saudi Arabia or Irak) 2) FACEBOOK PAGE MODERATION : on the basis on a ready moderation factbook, the person will take care of screening and answering daily comments. 3) CONTENT WRITING : We might also require your input sporadically for content writing (ex : fin local recipes or posts about special days in the region) 4) REPORTING : He/she will also make weekly qualitative report of the good and bad feedback on the FB page. No quantitative report needed. As the strategy and planning, 90% of the posts content writing are set up and designs are made by us, the workload will not be so much (like max 20 to 25% of a regular Facebook Page Community Manager workload) We are looking for a long-term collaboration with a highly motivated person, with possible further clients in the region if the collaboration turns out positively. The page will be developed from scratch, and we will be giving 2 flat monthly fee : one for the 1st 6 months, and one for after when traffic becomes higher.
