Help this school psychologist write a mentor programme for disadvantaged primary school children

I need a programme manual to be drafted. The content of the programme is current disorganised and incomplete but I'm Time poor and can't write the official document. I'm a school psychologist writing a grant for an in-school mentor programme. Target population of the grants is disadvantaged students, for my proposed project, the programme is for primary school aged children (yr 3, 4, and 5) from trauma backgrounds. The grant is due in 5 days, so the core content of the programme is known but the logistics of topic order and session structure will need to be written into an organised programme manual.
