I am heading a residency for a musical at the Berkshires in Western MA. I am looking for a chef that would be able to cook Possibly breakfast but definitely Lunch and Dinner for 15-22 people. I will supply ingredients.
Carribean cuisine highly preferred but lack of is not a deal breaker.
The group eats pretty healthy with Vegans and vegetarians among them.
