Cooking pre-specified recipes

I am looking for a local freelancer in Logan or Ogden, Utah, who can cook simple recipes. This is an ongoing project, every 2 weeks for several months. My dog has been diagnosed with a condition that requires a special diet. The diet consists of two simple recipes of about 4 ingredients each. They are not complicated recipes -- baked tilapia and potatoes, for instance. However, you need to know how to cook, and be willing to measure food fairly precisely. My ideal scenario is one where I find someone local in Logan who can cook a batch of meals every 2 weeks or so. If you can cook straightforward recipes, including the use of a food scale, please bid on the basis of 3 hours of work every two weeks (i.e. bid your price for a single 3-hour block of effort). Then we can discuss what will actually be involved and arrive at something you think is fair.
