Simple Administrative Work

We are looking for a part time virtual assistance on a long term basis. The virtual assistance is expected to do simple administrative work E.g Posting forum post, create online accounts, creating online profiles, inputting comments etc.. He /She Must have : * Good English skills, both verbal and written * Good initiative * Good skills with Microsoft Word and Excel * Contactable through msn , phone and skype. For a test Project, we are looking for bidders for creating 1) 33 Forum Accounts created across 25 Forums (List of Forums will be provided) 2)990 forum postings across these 33 forum accounts created. 3)You are allowed to post on any comments on any threads to rack up the minimum no. of posts 4)Please ensure that your forum posts are relevant to the existing thread. We want to create quality forum accounts, not spammy ones. 5) Examples of unacceptable forum posts include: "Upz" Posts, Posts consisting of only emoticons, "one-liner" posts, etc. Forum posts should be what a fellow forumer might reasonably post. 6) Documentation of account password and ID along with the email account associated with them is required. Reasons we might cancel the project - 1) lack of communication for more than 3 days 2)lack of attention to the requirements of projects (we ask X you give us Y) 3) poor results over a few days (asking for 30 forum post and you send 4) 4) in any case we will not waste your (and our) valuable time and if we see that work is not progressing we will cancel after the first week. Reasons we will increase work load and extended more projects 1) good solid day to day work 2) good learning and motivation 3)over delivery (we ask for 20 emails and you send 30) 4)strong communication (5 emails a day) 5)good reports (good excel and word report in the end of each working day) 6)good results (within 20% of target – we ask for 10 links and you get Good results will lead to bigger, longer working terms.
