Great writers needed for site content and ongoing work

This project is for web content for my new site [login to view URL] . I need a home page (I started something but it can be much better) an about us page, and descriptions on about 20 writing products. Please read about my long term goal in our relationship. I am looking for writers to join my new online business [login to view URL] The goal of the business is to provide clients with exceptional writing services. Every project will be analysed and written up at the highest quality possible. We will have set fees for services and options for additions. The way I want to work with the writers is, when I get a project I will assign it to a writer to do research and come up with concepts that will be presented to the customer. I will take a deposit from the customer and I will give a deposit to the writer. Once the customer approves it he will pay the balance and i will pay the balance owed to the writer. On every project, my company will get a small percent & the writer will get get the rest of what the customer pays. I will work out with the writer, before we start working together, how the payments will work and how much percent they get. There will be a project management / communication message board where the writer will communicate with the client without disclosing the writers identity.
