E-book Teacher Needed

Looking for a someone to teach me e-book creating. (note: I need assistance with creating and not materials) Step by Step. The ebook creator program is open at this point. I've looked at a few and have a couple of opinions. I would purchase a particular program if you use it and can teach me if the program suits my needs. The training would be via phone mostly-you would call a toll free number I have and we would work on the same project at the same time--step by step. Usally evening hours 6pm-9pm US central time. The trainor must be englisg speaking and reside in US/Canada. One last note--this is for my personal and business use--I do not intend on learning and free lancing to write ebooks. I'm fairly literate with basic html/files etc. Don't beleive it would take too much time for me to grasp teh basics. I've looked at some of the ebook creator/compiler programs but their technivcal support leaves a lot to be desired. Please submit a bid based on an expected amount of time and offer your suggestion as to what program is best. As I said I catch on fairly quickly, I expect this to be no more than 2-8 hours depending on the detail involved.
