As a 24 year business development professional I have accumulated many accomplishments and believe that my Resume and LinkedIn profile are under-selling my abilities. I am looking for a freelancer to quickly create a powerful version of the attached resume and my LinkedIn profile. Please review the following feedback I have received on my resume as well as the attached copy and my profile at [login to view URL] - The appearance is not polished, and doesn’t say "high potential". - A career summary to provide hiring managers with a brief, yet detailed synopsis of what I bring to the table. - Needs to come across as an "achiever" instead of just a "doer". My descriptions are task-based but need to be more results-based. They tell what I did, instead of what I achieved. I've included the following from a friends resume as an example of Passive and Action versions of language: - Passive language / Doing: “Negotiated contracts with vendors” - Action language / Achieving: “Slashed payroll/benefits administration costs 30% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services.” 1. The Resume needs to show the outcomes of my efforts. It focuses too much on what I’ve done, not what I’ve achieved. 2. The resume does not make a strong visual impression. It should appear clean, uncluttered, and appealing to the eye. 3. The resume needs to include more keywords and skills to help categorize me as a stronger candidate. 4. The resume needs to support the following positions I am targeting. - Sales Manager - Director of Sales - Operations Manager - Business Development Manager

I like to create resumes with a clean, modern feel. There should be a slight aesthetic involved in the resume so that you can convey on paper a little bit of you are as a person. I have worked with students, entry level, experienced professionals and even retirees. The resume should be a gateway to a phone conversation or in person interview, which is where you can really shine. I never give out a 'throwaway' resume.
