I need a contract that can be signed between my company, and any other company (re-usable), based on EU-law. The contract concerns an agreement of cooperation, that includes several sections that cover NDA about the contract, NDA about any projects and NDA related details such as financial, technical, functional and more (cover everything). Also an agreement that any parties or party affiliated to those parties that were introduced to the other company by our company can never be direct customers of that company or related companies. I need someone with many ideas and suggestions to make the contract waterproof and legally valid according to EU-law. I need it ASAP. I have more details in a word document.
