Hi, this is a task for developers with experience in Open GL (C ++) for computer graphics applications.
The project consists of converting an existing application that was developed in [login to view URL] (Web GL), so your job will be basically to convert the code from WebGL to OpenGL, you will not have to do all the conversion of the original code since much of the The work was done by other developers and I am going to show you how to get it.
A simple menu must be created to interact with the application, these functions are already in the example application
Menu:
- Load 3d model (FBX)
- Camera fly controls
- Button Start/Stop rendering
- Save render image, choose resolution output
- Load HDRI
Menu settings:
- Sets the number of ray bounces 1-6
Files you must deliver:
- Visual Studio project (solution)
- Executable or compiled application (.exe plus dependencies)
Keep in mind that if you do not submit an application that performs the same result or similar enough that the reference application will not be paid, since I did not perform the job correctly, I mean, I cannot pay for something that is useless.
The example applications that I will show now are not under copyright or private licenses, since the source code is free to modify, so there is no problem in replicating them. However, this application will not be sold, it is for personal use.
