I am having trouble running the example executable of a project. I am just seeking help running the example. I have been struggling with this for some time now and have run out of ideas. When I try to run the first sample I get "zsh: exec format error”. I am offering 30 dollars for whoever can solve this for me today. Solve means getting the executable to run properly on my computer. My best guess is that I have some very basic and silly configuration error… or making some other highly rookie mistake. I will pay only when the issue is resolved to my satisfaction, not just for time spent. I am using a 2021 macbook pro with the M1 pro chip and have tried using CLion and VSCode and terminal and get the same error every time. The way it's supposed to work is: I type ./exampleExecutable in the terminal and it should give an example. But I only get the error. I have included the files and a screenshot of the error. Thank you.
That is a linux elf for amd x64 architecture. you cant run that on m1 mac.. where did you get the binary from ? need to build the source again for mac
~$ readelf -a exampleExecutable

I've been there, will do it in no time. I'm familiar with C++ and Java. I'll do the job as well as teach you how to resolve it. But first tell me whether you have compiled the program on the same machine or are you trying to run the .exe on a different mac? Also your output tells me it's a simple C++ program if in any case the error isn't resolved I'll simply write the whole program and run it on your mac.
