Simple Copy program

I need a program to copy user files from one location to another on a computer running Window 7, using VSS. It should be a simple command line program and should not take the right programmer more then a day to complete. The program should be able to accept paths to a single file or to a folder. If a folder is given, then the program needs to search through the folder and backup each folder and file in the folder and so on. If it tries to access a folder or file that it doesn't have rights to then it should skip that file or folder and continue to the next file. It should work like this: C:\>[login to view URL] C:\>Enter the path the the files or folders you would like to copy: C:\>C:\users\user\My Documents C:\>Enter the path to the destination: C:\>F:\ C:\>[login to view URL] with now copy files using VSS [login to view URL](v=vs.85).aspx
