Vuforia Reco/Trigger Simulation 3

I need C# source code to be used to connect to a Vuforia Cloud DB, allowing me to add a trigger name and a number of recos needed, the values for the trigger name and number of recos needs to be variable, and the values for the server key and secret also need to be variable. so instead of using the camera to detect an image, I need to be able to select an image from my pc and make it query the cloud DB as if it was detected from a device camera. it is to simulate using a device with an app that is developed with vuforia to detect an image.
