write a C++ wrapper class for GenICam cameras

Greetings, I specialise in C++ and have worked with Sony, Sanyo, Panasonic and Axis engineers, whilst working FOR Tyco American DYnamics, a CCTV camera, DVD recorders, and software manufacturer. I specialise in C++ on WIndows and Linux. Is this to run on WIndows, and if so, can you provide Me with the documentation that describes the driver for the camera's operations? and hence the headerfile and c++ class in GenCam.h? Does the driver come as DLLs? or .SYS files? Or, are the TCP-IP commands sent via RS-232/485 or TCP-IP?
