My son needs a criminal lawyer

On June 6, 2023 around 1:00 the Fort Hood Military police showed us to Victor’s apartment looking for Victor previous roommate. That person was not there; he had already moved out. Instead of leaving, the MPs decided to ID and search everyone in the property without probable cause. The MPs searched Victor’s room and person and did not find anything. Victor got booked by the MPs for violating the PO terms for a case in Coryell County. While in custody at the MP station, the Coryell County police showed and conducted another search on Victor’s person without a probable cause. During this search, the Coryell County police allegedly found drugs in Victor’s wallet. The Coryell County police charged Victor with violating the PO terms and a drug charge. Victor has been in the Coryell County jail since June 6, 2023. Through intimidation, they had Victor waive his rights to an attorney. Expectation: Pick us police report from Fort Hood MP (MP Criminal Record 254-286-5815) and Coryell County police, talk to Victor about the case, find out when Victor court day is and represent him during the initial and follow on court dates (not pleading guilty or no contest for the drug charge). I talked to Mr. Pruse from the MP Criminal Record division on 8 Jun 23. He stated that they do not have police report yet. He asked me to call back in a few days. It is interesting to me how Victor got booked and the MPs do not have a police report.
