I have had a CRM solution created for us, but would like to make a few small minor adjustments / tweaks to the finished software. However I don't know how to do this and the original developer doesn't reply to messages / emails. So I just want to hire someone else for a few hours to do this work for us. It is not difficult or time consuming. The tweaks required are: - Fix the sync with Xero accounting software which has stopped working (probably because we have changed the Xero password). Also update the sync settings to reflect my preferred default settings when invoices are imported from Zoho into Xero. - Figure out how to archive "tours" that are past tense (we use the CRM software to manage our travel tour products). I need some way for the software to automatically "archive" tours that have been completed (ie tours dated prior to today's date) so that they don't show in the upcoming tours listing at the top. - Remove a double up module within the database, which currently shows "Customer Bookings" as well as "Bookings" - yet both sets of data are exactly the same. I'm not sure why we have both but it is confusing. I can explain all of this better with screen clips showing exactly what I'm after. But its not complicated. There may be a few other small adjustments required, but I think that's mostly all that is required.
