Front end Developing -- 2

We are an IT organisation who is very secured with a constant flow of projects and have been growing for the last six years. For our full-time employees, we aim to be fair, secure their health insurance, holiday pay and give bonuses when outstanding performance is shown. This is a project-based temporary position interview (for a readily available full-time position if the candidate works very well during this project). The plan is to involve several candidates and then select only one who is the best out of the group. To join this please fill in the form in the link at the end of this page. The requirement for this position is to have a front-end developer with an understanding of how the backend works. We have 100 pages that will need to have RTL functionality. In the form below, you will be asked many questions. The most important questions that will help us judge and select the candidate are: 1- how long will it take from you to complete all 100 pages? 2- what are the good qualities of the RTL? (we are looking for a very hard-core technical answer that is not the simple google answer) 3- how do you improve the performance of your webpage? 4- How much will you charge per page? Please note: We will compare each candidate answer and we will select only a few (not more than 3 or maximum 4). The 4 shortlisted candidates will be given a ready-made webpage where they will need to fix the problems in the front end of that page (could be Html, PhP, JS or CSS). They will be given a deadline to submit (upload) the work. We will hold a group meeting with all the candidates and inform them of their results. The best candidate will get the job. We will evaluate the page based on the following: 1- Technology used for implementing the RTL, the speed of change and the quality of RTL understanding and presentation. 2- Enhancing and improving the Loading speed of the original page delivered. 3- How did you embed cookies? And how many cookies did you add (they must all be well commented and annotated) 4- We will use Google Chrome Browser\inspect elements\Audit. 5- We will view the webpage on the emulation of various devices on various screen sizes. 6- We will look at how clean and well commented is your code. If you get the job, we will pay you the full amount of that page based on the cost per page that we agree. If you fail, we will pay for only the % of good points you scored on that page. Our payments are at the end of every 3 weeks. If you answer yes for any of the questions below and then show that you are not complying to that answer, we can terminate your contract immediately and recall the second candidate who came to this interview.
