Hi there, I have experience of working with E-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay as customer Service to help customers with their Item enquiry, Order Processing, Return & Refund, Claiming to Vendors, USPS etc. As a backend support, adding Listing Items, correcting listings, finding item details from open sources etc. I've also used Intercom and Zendesk chats and ticketing system for taking CHATS & TICKETS.
