PREREQUISITES: 2+ years of customer service experience; Need to type 70 words per minute at 100% accuracy (this will be tested); Clear verbal and written communication; and Advanced English vocabulary and grammar. INSTRUCTIONS: Simply looking for someone to give a consistently warm, yet efficient and accurate (to our policy) customer service experience from 8:00am-11am and 12:30pm-5pm EST. Communication will be through email. Support@[DOMAIN] will be the recipient of customer order inquiries. Sales@[DOMAIN] will be the recipient of questions regarding product, policy, and brand. At the begging of our work, we will work together to establish guidelines on how to handle hypothetical situations. Meanwhile and thereafter, we will contract a centralized source of information for future customer service representatives. If you read this far being with "howdy." Ideally, you will become a customer service representative of suppliers@[DOMAIN] and manager of other representatives. FINAL COMMENTS: Must be willing to join weekly Google Meetings (requires email) Being response with the soonest time that you can interview for 15 minutes per CST (UTC -6) within my schedule: 9:00am-1:00pm and 7:30pn-9:30pm. Hourly price will go up as performance is proven.
