My long-term experience in the customer service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells.
My most recent experience as a Customer Support is from a drop shipping business that handles shipments worldwide. I worked for them for more than 2 years. Aside from answering customer’s emails and messages thru Freshdesk and Facebook Messenger like asking information about the product, tracking orders, reporting broken/faulty items, asking for refund/replacement, I’m also an Order Fulfillment Expert from the same online store. I fulfill products everyday from Shopify, WooCommerce and Aliexpress. We also pay the services of a logistics company to ship our products to different destinations worldwide. I communicate with the logistics company agent almost on a daily basis for questions, concerns, issues and to make sure everything runs smoothly. I use different tools and websites like Paypal, Stripe, Gmail, Freshdesk/Zendesk, Dropified, Skype, Snagit, Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets that goes along with my everyday tasks. I believe that my expertise in the Customer Service field will greatly help in your business.
