I have more of 10 years of experience working as a technical support engineer, during this time, I have covered L1 and L2 support engineer.
During this time, I have provided technical support to customers in the EMEA, LATAM, and AMERICA regions. I have provided support for multiple applications in both English and Spanish always focused on bringing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
