59323 Files and mySQL transfers

I need help on transfering all data including files, mySQL etc on my server with a redhat 9.0 and directadmin control panel to a new host using also a directadmin control panel but a freeBSD 4.8. Both has a SSH access. i need the job done asap. I need the files + mySQL data to be transferred to the new host. Please be informed that the above request is not transfering the mySQL script, but files + MySQL data to the new host. Something like when you get a host, then you'll upload your files / script and creating a MySQL database name.
