Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data - Copy/Paste

Hi there. Looking to convert a word document to Excel/CSV for database import. Total pages: 566 Excel template provided Excel file: Laid out in sections. Some sections have different headings. Data MUST be sorted by columns (ie: section, heading, description, sub heading, etc, etc) Instructions in sheet 1 of the Excel file to be populated with data: Each tab has some headings relative to the section of the document Each tab is named based on the section Data is to be copied EXACTLY as it is from the word document to the excel document Data is to be spaced out according to headers, sub-headers, etc,etc,etc NO SOURCE FORMATTING IS TO BE PASTED. All data must be perfectly clean of formatting Tables can be pasted in, values only (no table formats) Change column headings as required This data will be imported into a MySQL database once complete *** Note: bids that do not contain a proposal will NOT be considered *** *** Note: review my profile and Freelancer requirements before bidding ***
