I have a Microsoft document with a one-column table with approximately 200-250 names and addresses in it. I want to convert the information in the file to an Excel Spreadsheet so that I can more easily sort and use the data.
I am looking for someone who can quickly convert these this table into separate entries with excellent accuracy.I would specify the headers for the columns and would have a sample entry for you to follow. I will provide the initial MS Word document as well as a PDF version. I've tried several techniques to format the Word document as a TXT file so that I can open it in Excel, but haven't been able to get the fields separate properly for that to work. Some of the addresses are 3-lines, some are 4-lines and some are 5-lines and it needs a person, I think, to do it correctly. There are several occasions where there are 2 or 3 names at the same address and i would want those to each have their own separate row and not be combined.
If there are any addresses that don't make sense, I would want those entered at the bottom of the spreadsheet, in whatever level of completeness is possible. For example, if there is a name with no address, or an address with no name enter it there.
I would like this completed before Friday, August 8, 2014 and delivered to me in MS Excel format.
