Job Requirements:

Strong and professional written and verbal communications skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Data Entry & Quickbooks skills

The ability to work independently and with a team

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience

MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Assist in overseeing, responding, and organizing several emails daily

Screen phone calls and take detailed messages

Coordinate appointments, meetings, phone conferences, etc.

Assist the owner with all other duties as assigned
