Our personal finance consultancy firm needs an Administrative Manager to take over administrative operations at our downtown location. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional with administrative experience and a basic understanding of the tenets of personal finance, though we are willing to provide some in-house training. The successful candidate will provide oversight for all administrative personnel at this location, including those in accounting and customer service. We’re looking for a take-charge individual who feels comfortable delegating tasks among employees and who can make changes to improve our office’s efficiency and productivity metrics.

Hello, my name is Marianna and I have excellent knowledge of productivity and administration tools. I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English finance company, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job.
