I have over 7 years Call Center Experience, 2 years of which is sales, 1 year in high sales, 2 years in managerial and 2 years in Fraud and Disputes and Receivables management operations. After that I switched to working home based or telecommute for 3 years now. Half of which is Sales and the other half doing administrative work. I am experienced in handling client objections, even escalations, working with dynamic scripts and hitting targets. I am easily trainable, working with minimal supervision, working in rotating shifts, even in weekends and holidays. I have no issues regarding attendance or attrition, and all of my previous managers or bosses give me the most difficult or challenging tasks because they view me as highly reliable and can deliver on time. I set up a home office and high speed internet connection, I have a main computer and a back up computer, a main internet service provider and a back up as well to prepare me for telecommute work.
