Data Entry Clerk
$15-25 USD / hour
Looking for a hardworking, fast learning individual that is great on the phones with customer's and dealing with customer related issues. Can work a sales call if needed. We are requiring the following tasks to be done on a daily basis:
Data Entry
Responding to customer inquiries (email and phone)
Updating customer accounts in database
Using shipping software to check on customer orders
Making outbound calls to customers in case we need to update information
Sending outbound emails to customer
Computer Savvy
