Encode/create list of business categories

I'd like someone to encode or create a list of (distinct) business categories in Microsoft Excel that will contain about 1,000 business categories. These are likely to involve copying and pasting off websites. Examples of those business categories are: Alcohol & Food section: Alcohol & Alcohol Mixes, Food Hampers & Gift Assortments, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, etc. The list must be copied off what is in various websites, such as: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In Amazon, when one clicks on a particular category (e.g. https://www.amazon.com.au/b/ref=sd_allcat_kit_coff?ie=UTF8&node=5016608051), it will open up sub-categories. The MS Excel file must thus three levels of categories: 1) Main category (e.g. Home & Kitchen); 2) Sub-category (e.g. Bedding & Linen, Bathroom Accessories), and 3) Micro-category (e.g. Bed Skirts, Blankets & Quilts, etc.) which you get by clicking on the sub-category. In addition, all the categories in the following website must also be copies into an MS Excel file. In this case, there is only one category.
