We are a mobile app development company and have created a mobile app which will help teachers,students parents to do day to day school [login to view URL] details will be shared afterwords.
We are looking for a call receptionist with below criteria:
* Previous experience as customer service rep, receptionist, call center agent, data entry clerk, or other similar role.
* Experience using a video conferencing apps like Skype,hangout .
* Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interact successfully with customers at all levels - both internally and externally.
* Educational experience such as having taken business courses or earned an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or certification.
* Proficiency with a diverse assortment of software programs, applications, and systems such as MS Office Suite and.
* Job is to be done remotely
-Must have basic knowledge of working of mobile apps
