PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY We are looking for someone to help us generate several hundred sound effects. They could come from a Royalty Free source, they cannot be subject to a royalty arrangement or be the property of any other company (open source/license only). The sort of effects were looking for are generic for audio applications anything from screams, rain etc. they are to add to our online message and story editor. The audio effects need to be categorized in a spreadsheet/database and normalized to the same audio level and be noise free. If you have ideas how we can do this and know how to create/source royalty free sound effects then please respond.
